Return and Refund Policy
Refunds for the purchase of Southern Luxuries products, including gift shop items, jewelry and other products will be issued in the event of loss in the shipment process.
Items may be returned only if they are visibly damaged or the customer has received the wrong item in their order.
Returns must be within 30 days and photographic evidence of the issue is appreciated.
